1. Scope and role of Vellfi

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through this public website, contact forms, email inquiry channels, business development communications, and other interactions that refer to this policy.

Vellfi is the business brand of VELLFI PTE. LTD. For this website and inquiry handling, VELLFI PTE. LTD. is the organisation responsible for personal data handling under Singapore data protection principles.

The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. This policy does not replace any separate customer contract, data processing agreement, or service-specific privacy terms agreed in writing.

2. Personal data we may collect

Do not submit sensitive operational data through this website. The public contact forms are not intended for NRIC/FIN numbers, passport numbers, identity documents, face images, biometric information, card numbers, passwords, credentials, transaction records, merchant KYB files, beneficial-owner files, sanctions files, or other high-risk operational data.

3. Purposes for collection, use, and disclosure

  • Understanding a prospect’s business scenario and recommending relevant Vellfi service discussions.
  • Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the public website.
  • Preparing commercial discussions, proposals, or follow-up communications requested by the prospect.
  • Maintaining business records, audit records, and compliance records where reasonably necessary.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution, law-enforcement, or compliance obligations.
  • Preventing, detecting, investigating, or responding to fraud, misuse of the website, security incidents, sanctions exposure, money laundering, terrorism financing, corruption, or other unlawful activity where relevant and lawful.

Vellfi limits personal data handling to purposes that are reasonable in the circumstances and notified to the individual, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

Vellfi may disclose personal data to hosting, IT, security, email, form-handling, professional-adviser, audit, legal, accounting, regulator, public-authority, law-enforcement, or corporate-transaction recipients where relevant to the purposes described in this policy.

No analytics, advertising, CRM tracking, or third-party marketing cookies are configured in this version of the website. If such tools are later enabled, Vellfi should update this policy and the Cookie Notice before or when the change is implemented.

Vellfi requires service providers that process personal data for Vellfi to protect the data and use it only for authorised purposes.

Individuals may contact Vellfi to request access to or correction of their personal data, withdraw consent, ask questions about this policy, or unsubscribe from marketing communications. Withdrawal of consent may affect Vellfi’s ability to respond to inquiries or provide requested follow-up.

For Singapore telephone numbers, Vellfi handles applicable telemarketing communications according to the Do Not Call provisions under the PDPA and any valid consent or exemption.

7. Protection, retention, and data breach response

Vellfi uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the website or business-inquiry context. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Vellfi retains personal data only for as long as needed for legal, business, operational, audit, dispute, or compliance purposes, then deletes, anonymises, or securely disposes of it according to applicable requirements.

Where a data breach is notifiable under the PDPA, Vellfi will notify the PDPC and affected individuals within the applicable legal timelines.
