Vellfi is the business brand of VELLFI PTE. LTD. For this website and inquiry handling, VELLFI PTE. LTD. is the organisation responsible for personal data handling under Singapore data protection principles.
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. This policy does not replace any separate customer contract, data processing agreement, or service-specific privacy terms agreed in writing.

Do not submit sensitive operational data through this website. The public contact forms are not intended for NRIC/FIN numbers, passport numbers, identity documents, face images, biometric information, card numbers, passwords, credentials, transaction records, merchant KYB files, beneficial-owner files, sanctions files, or other high-risk operational data.

- Understanding a prospect’s business scenario and recommending relevant Vellfi service discussions.

Vellfi uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the website or business-inquiry context. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Vellfi retains personal data only for as long as needed for legal, business, operational, audit, dispute, or compliance purposes, then deletes, anonymises, or securely disposes of it according to applicable requirements.
Where a data breach is notifiable under the PDPA, Vellfi will notify the PDPC and affected individuals within the applicable legal timelines.
