This Public Policy applies to the Vellfi website, service discussions, customer relationships, partnerships, and use of Vellfi service capabilities. It supports responsible business conduct and clear expectations for customers and partners.
This website does not represent that VELLFI PTE. LTD. holds a payment-services licence, financial-services authorisation, card-scheme approval, or certification in any jurisdiction unless expressly stated by VELLFI PTE. LTD. in writing.
2. Acceptable use
Customers and partners must use Vellfi service capabilities only for lawful, authorised, transparent, and commercially reasonable purposes. They must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate internal controls, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, card-scheme rules, customer disclosures, and partner obligations.
3. Prohibited or restricted business activities
Vellfi may decline, restrict, suspend, or terminate service discussions or service access involving the following categories, subject to applicable law and contractual rights:
Sanctions or prohibited jurisdictions
Money laundering or terrorism financing
Fraud, scams, or identity abuse
Illegal goods or services
Counterfeit or IP-infringing goods
Unlicensed financial services
Unlawful gambling or betting
Illegal adult exploitation or abuse
Weapons or controlled goods without approval
Harmful malware or cyber abuse
Human trafficking or forced labour
Misleading, deceptive, or unfair practices
Additional restrictions may apply depending on customer type, jurisdiction, partner rules, card-scheme rules, or service scope.
4. Financial-crime, sanctions, and AML/CFT principles
Vellfi supports a risk-based approach to financial-crime controls. Customers and partners must provide accurate information, avoid sanctioned or unlawful activity, and cooperate with reasonable due-diligence or ongoing-monitoring requests.
Vellfi may conduct customer, merchant, counterparty, website, or service-scope due diligence for fraud, sanctions, AML/CFT, prohibited-business, dispute, or compliance risk where appropriate and lawful. Operational data is collected only through approved channels and written agreements where required.
5. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
Vellfi does not tolerate bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, kickbacks, improper gifts, or improper influence involving public officials, private parties, customers, vendors, or partners.
6. Data protection and security
Vellfi expects customers and partners to collect and share personal data lawfully, minimise unnecessary data, protect credentials and sensitive information, and use approved channels for any service-related data. Privacy practices for this website are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Customer and partner responsibilities
Customers and partners are responsible for their own products, services, licences, authorisations, consumer disclosures, merchant decisions, legal obligations, card-scheme obligations, and use of Vellfi service outputs.
Vellfi service outputs are one input into operational review and do not replace independent judgment, legal advice, or regulatory compliance programs.
